I hope that those playing the game are enjoying themselves; from everything I have heard, it seems to be progressing just as we hoped it would.
It should also be noted that the King will be joining our awards celebration, and will be doing much of the awarding of prizes. Exciting!
There are still teams that could use another player or two, for those who wish to join in the final hours. I bet a few of them could use some help!

Boots is my best friend.
I don't care that others think he's just a pest, he's not.
He used to live in the Stone Grove, or that's what Lady Signe told me when she gave him to me, and that makes him already special.
But he's brave and has no fear and he helped me a lot to try to get better.
He's also greedy and loves food, he would eat until he can't get a single crumble inside and then hide the rest.
And he doesn't let anyone to annoy him, he once got angry with an owl that mistook him for food.
I'm sure he would be clever enough to deliver messages as other pets do, but I'd be afraid that he would change his mind half way of he sees food... Or that some other animal would mistake him for food.
I should really listen to people and get him a small armor...
And then there is Chip.
He's also one of my best friends but he's not so blunt or reckless. Master Gavin's cat caught him, and he's been scared since. However, when he feels brave enough, he's the sweetest thing...
I know a lot of people thinks I'm weird for having mice as pets... And maybe I am... But I feel like I can trust them more than some people.

I got to see Valery again today. She seems to have settled in well in her duties with Redrain. I've asked her to make me something special for the upcoming Tournament of Roses, in exchange for some clippings and seeds from our gardens. It was nice to see her, and I'm looking forward to what she comes up with.

Meowlarice mostly eats mice and other small critters. That's her job. She eats birds too. That's not her job but she does it anyway. Sometimes she brings them in for us to eat, but I can't say I've much of a taste for mice or small birds. Not that there's anything wrong with small birds, it's just all those little bones. You'll choke on those as sure as anything.
Sometimes she hisses at things that maybe are there and maybe aren't. I don't know. Cats got keen ears and keen whiskers for some things. I hear they don't get along with elves either but I'm not too eager to test that. Wouldn't want to cause a diplomatic mess just to see if it's true.
That's about it. She eats mice and she's good company. Not much of a story, but I was told folk were all writing these things so here you go.
