Okay, Scholar, I am sitting on my hands cause I have things to say and I will gesture wildly and then I will smack you and then I will feel very bad again. So I will try not to gesture by doing this.
So first (Big letters) GWENNA IS WONDERFUL and I feel all warm and loved and that very sweet!

And next I want to talk about wrestling.
Now I love a good wrestling match with friends or family, someone I love, but they've gotten you SO FRUSTRATED ((you used the letters all on your own! Oh, my voice tells you? HAH! SEE YOU GOT IT AGAIN OH SORRY I WILL sit on my hands again)) what was I ...?

What it IS NOT for is when someone is making me feel uncomfortable and talking about me like scenery and I TELL THEM I do not like how they are talking and say I will spar them and if I win they should STOP talking that way and instead they say they want the terms to be to take off armor and wrestle them!!! NO. I want to the OPPOSITE of wrestle them. I want to wear ALL of my armor and have them not look at me again. The LAST thing I want is to be touching them.

I will say happier things again now. This city has wonderful teachers. Echo, and the War Chief, and Princess Colors, and Princess Tikva. I have seen my southern cousin the little flower, my sister is here now!. This city has wonderful friends and sparring partners. The city has the best jeweler ever and if she doesn't thing smugness and bravado are good, I will brag FOR her because Joscelin is very nice and smart and she has excellent taste in shoulders and skulls!
I go back north for war soon. I did not expect to like the south as much as I have and it my Little Red friend, and my delicate blonde friend, and the Sword that knocks me on my butt all the time friend, and Lady Freckles and all these other friends and people that make me think that if I survive this fight, it might be alright after all to come south again and stay for longer.

Since the Princess Grayson leaves to me her story ideas (which are absolutely not stolen and are entirely of her own creation), I suppose I'll have to come up with some of my own.

My cousin Percephon and I are quite different. He is a scholar, and a highly ranked one at that. I am a soldier. He enjoys his books and his study. I enjoy my sword, armor, and the Gauntlet.
And yet. As we realize we are aligned against the same enemies in our own ways, we have grown closer. And so I was pleased to sign the proclamation announcing Percephon's betrothal to Lady Khanne Halfshav.
Yes, an alliance between the Telmarch and Whitehall will bring more trade and security. But it will also bring my cousin joy. And that makes me happy, as well.

Ours has not been a constant friendship. I went to my first public debate last night and was the first to speak! Well, not the first to speak for the person who so generously organized it was the first to tell us what the order of things was going to be and I did happen to be there entirely by accident, however it was a great time and I got to talk about how powerful words can be. Which everyone reading this already knows because you're reading it to find some knowledge or solace or gossip or something that will make the day pass a bit faster or help you on you way. Cousin Gareth was there and paid me a compliment on my speaking skills. I think it was a compliment. It may not have been fully intended as a compliment, but I have taken it as such and shall not be swayed elsewise!
It certainly gave me a lot to think about and I believe I shall move forward on my plan to become a patron for those who love the arts. Particularly the theater. I know of one such playwright who is looking for patronage, but the recent contest introduced me to a lot more!
