Notes to self on ideas to pursue:
Speak to Kael about an idea for training some of the hounds (after discussion with Princess Valencia at the House of Solace)
Try to find an artist with an interest in illuminating texts for some of those interesting books Reigna had about the Hall.
See if someone would adapt said books to entertainments for the masses.
It might prove some small profits and perhaps be used for charitable giving.
Discuss Alis' idea of a book club a bit more. What fun that could be!

As a fan of the hunt I must say that pinning you down is nigh impossible. May our paths cross again soon my Lady for the first time was not the last. Your words during our initial encounter left me a bit wanting. I felt as if I did not convey my intentions well enough. My sister is the musician-poet, the way she can capture the essence of something and distill it into a few drops of truth...I always admire it. Kindred spirit. That about sums it up. Since I've come to this great city I have met many fine people but not many Lady knights. Witnessing your prowess with blade and wit is a true gift that I hope to receive often. You've stirred hope in my heart that the light from this world has not completely fled. When someone swears fealty to me, I in turn oath to them. To simplify it all, they pledge their service and loyalty to me, and I in turn pledge my protection and loyalty to them. They are as such my vassal, and it is mine to both protect them and to discipline them, as needed. I was under the impression that this is typical for our society, but I keep running into confusion on this topic.
I am honor bound to defend my vassals. If they behave in such a fashion as I cannot defend them, then it is still ((ooc: that word is written heavily, and underlined multiple times)) my responsibility to defend them against others!! (and then to deal with them myself). If a member of my household does something terrible, I am responsible for their punishment. If they do well, I shine from their accomplishment.
This does not mean that I agree with them. It does not mean that I think that they are right. It means that I take my responsibility seriously.
