Oh spa opening! I've never been to one and Lady Gretchen, she sure knows how to hold a GRAND opening! I'll be back, I can already tell this will be one of my favorite places.

The place is bustling! Or at least, it surely will be in a moment. A nervous young blonde woman stands at the front handing out glasses of cucumber water and a bored looking bard in the corner strums on his harp. Gretchen is here, flashing winning smiles at those who come in and engaging in chit chat, "Oh, I definitely think a raven black would look lovely on you," she tells one woman, while tugging on the beard of a man near her, "I think a few curls would look dashing, don't you think?"

Upon his entry, Jasher's met with a slightly anxious blonde--well, actually, the glass of cucumber water she's handing out to him. He accepts it with bemused but honest grace, offering a nod of thanks before continuing on his way in, looking around curiously.
He also takes a sip of the cucumber water while he's at it. He blinks once, slowly, as he mulls the water's refreshing cucumber-y profile.

Aerwyna steps inside, immediately greeted by the soft harp music and she smiles as her eyes shift, looking around the room and those gathered thus far. Her head dips here and there in greeting and she gladly accepts the token by who seems presumes is the hostess and she smiles to the woman.

Gilroy comes on in and grabs himself a token, flips it up and snaps it out of the air, making it disappear. To the nervous looking women he sends a wink and makes fingerguns even though guns haven't been invented so maybe fingercrossbows or something? Then he pelts the bard with a tip before he turns on Gretchen. "Nice place. Do you dye beards here?"

"Welcome!" Gretchen turns to the newest arrivals, heading over to Jasher, Gilroy, and Aerwyna's way. Tokens are definitely being doled out, "I'm Lady Gretchen Moore, it's a pleasure to have you all here--please don't throw coins at the Bard, he'll get used to it and then we'll have to amend his contract--at Moore Serenity Spa," she says without missing a beat, smile still firmly in place, "We have several things already available in the shop and lots of services of which dying beards is among them if that's what the client wishes." She looks at the beardless Gilroy, "If you're having trouble growing one, I also have a tonic that will put hair on your chest and your chin!"

1 Rivenshari Clansman, Lucky, the fishing cat arrive, following Athaur.

Kincade smiles and thanks Gretchen as the tall man ducks walking through the front door.

"I see," Jasher replies, turning the token he's given in a gloved hand. He looks around with the slightly bemused look of a boy who had just fallen through a wardrobe and into some weird world, unsure what to make of it all yet. He finally decides to say: "Do you offer--" he pauses, then makes a kneading motion around the shoulder level.

Seeming to be listening to the others as they speak to the hostess even as she wanders around, Aerwyna eventually makes her way to the bard, doling out a few silver and giving a smile before she turns to watch as the room quickly begins to fill up.

Delia makes her way into the spa with a delighted look. "Oh how lovely," she exclaims cheerfully as she enters, giving a little curtsey to the bard playing a harp. She turns her head and looks for the lady of the hour now, blue eyes alight with curiosity as she takes in all the different options available. "Lady Gretchen you've inspired such a beautiful place for relaxation here."

"Muscle relaxation? We do, although limited at the moment," Gretchen gestures around to where there are chairs, but certainly no massage tables and no door marked 'massage through here' either. "Should we receive a lot more inquiries we will certainly designate a space for it, but yes, shoulder, neck, and scalp we do as part of our skin and hair care regime," she nods to where someone is sitting in one of those chairs right now getting a hell of a scalp massage. Someone else is getting a shave! "And if you don't see something, please do ask! Ah, Whisper Delia! I'm so pleased you could make it! Have you tried the cucumber water? Very refreshing and great for the skin--not that you need the help."

Athaur steps into the spa, the bells in his clothing and hair jingling with each step he takes. He looks around with a curious expression

Jasher nods once, glancing around, blue eyes darting. His overall demeanour is now quite reminiscent of a kraken huddled in a pond;

Kincade slowly takes in the spa wandering with his hands behind his back. He stops near the harp for a song before sticking his head into the sauna before coming back out quickly, obviously not taking the time to remove his armor and not wanting to ruin the leather in the humid air. He passes the other patrons greeting them politely in turn before coming full circle back to Gretchen introducing himself "Lord Kincade Blanchard, Horselord of the Chevalle people and Master or horse for Count Philippe. This is quite the establishment you've opened, I do look forward to days spent here relaxing." The bearded Knight smiles warmly.

"Not yet," Delia comments cheerfully, though she takes a moment to sniff at the cucumber water. "I intend to though because one can never be too careful. An ounce of prevention now, as it were - prevents at least a pound of wrinkles after the fact. Or so I'm fairly certain the quote goes, yes?" Her eyes sparkle as she looks at the various curious future patrons and she comments, "it's such a warm and welcoming space. Beautifully decorated. Did you choose everything yourself or did you hire a decorator?"

Gilroy pats his bare face. "Ah, well, I had a beard before I got here. My, your services truly are fantastic." He glares daggers at Gretchen when her back is turned, then heads back over to listen to the bard play the harp. After a bit of relaxing twangling he says, "Do you know the one about the hedgehog?" The bard doesn't reply. Bards do not acknowledge nonsense. "You know what one I'm talking about." He hums a few bars of the one about the hedgehog, leading the bard to play just a little louder. "Oh, the spines on its back are too sharp for a man, they'll give you a pain in the worst place they can..." Finally acknowledging the poisonous look the bard is giving him Gilroy lifts both hands in supplication and takes a step back. Then tosses another coin to the poor blaggard before turning and wandering over to eat some cucumbers.

Dame Rosario Nevarre of the Oathlands, Anouk Ardennes, Anais Ardennes arrive, following Sophie.

Standing tall enough in height to most of the men present, Aerwyna keeps dipping her head in greeting to all that continue to gather, her lips quick to smile as she takes a place near the tray of light snacks, taking a once over glance at what is spread out before her steps take her over to footstools and couches, eyes on those receiving a treatment with some curiosity.

Jasher nods once, glancing around, blue eyes darting. His overall demeanour is now quite reminiscent of a kraken huddled in a pond; penned up too small. He offers a polite nod towards Kincade as the member of the Blanchard bourgeoisie offers his greetings, then out of distraction's sake, he'll head for one of the chairs to sit in.

1 Grayson House Guards, Peaches, a lovely white war filly with a peach saddle, Deliverance, an albino falcon, Stormy, a silvery gray hunting hound, Rascal, a hyper terrier, Rosalie, a lady in waiting arrive, following Reese.

Sophie, the Mother of Mercy, normally much too busy to attend things like spa openings, slips inside the door, stopping just inside to let her eyes search the interior, stopping briefly on the harpist in the corner. She catches sight of Jasher and gives him a polite nod of her head, and then to Kincade she gives another polite nod. She steps further inside and her eyes search the rest of the patrons, most of them people she doesn't know.

Reese arrives in the shop while adorned in pink and toting along her weapons. She peeks over the area, trying to get a feel for things here. The Princess is quick to start buying products. She seems all into them.

Kincade gives the prince a nod in return, then looking over as the mother mercy makes her way in he gives her a polite nod and a warm smile before heading to the door and slipping out quietly.

A messenger arrives, delivering a message to Sophie before departing.

Athaur moves around the room, accepting the glass of cucumber water and sipping it curiously. His head tilts to one side, considering how he feels about the taste before he turned his attention over towards the barber services with a small frown. When Reese enters, he turns to the Princess and offers her a smile and a bow. "Your highness. Good to see you as always."

Kincade on his way out gives Reese a hearty hello and goodbye.

Reese has a bottle of happiness tonic in one hand and rose tonic in the other hand now. She looks over to Athaur, giving the Count a gentle smile that reaches her blue eyes and brings her dimples to bloom. "Count Athaur." She says. "It is very nice to see you again."

Martino steps in from the street outside, sharp green eyes drifting across the room before tucking his right arm under his torso to bow formal to those present, "A good morning."

Sophie wanders to a counter and lifts a bottle of the happiness tonic that Reese picks up and she uncorks it. She lifts it to her nose and gives a sniff, then another, before he recorks it and places it back on the shelf. She steps past Reese as she does and she says, "Princess Reese, it's been quite some time! It's lovely to see you again." Then she lifts another bottle and uncorks it, sniffing that one as well.

Unfortunately, Jasher's choice of seating came with a caveat. He's now being asked a number of questions regarding how he'd like his hair or skin done--or a massage--by the person who apparently believes he's sitting down to finally partake of the services, and the Thraxian prince's staring as if the questions were being asked in Eurusi, instead.

Reese looks over to Martino, having a smile of greeting for the Lord. "Hi Lord Martino." She says in his direction. She has her arms filled with products. She then smiles to Sophie as well. "It is great to see you as well, Princess." She has a smile for Jasher as well.

A messenger arrives, delivering a message to Sophie before departing.

Martino deeply inclines his torso to the Princess Resse, "As always, Princess, a pleasure to see you." He steps further in from the doorway and collects in the day token from the Lady Gretchen, "Good to see you so soon. After hearing you speak of here, well, how could I miss it?!" His lips curl easy to the Lady afterwards.

With the arrival of so many people one might think that Gretchen would be overwhelmed, but she appears to drink in the attention and whenever she speaks her voice carried, "Lord Kincade, so nice to meet you. I'm Lady Gretchen Moore, owner of this store. Please do stop by early and often! We will always have space for you!" Which seems a strange thing to say considering how packed the store is now, but maybe there's more space in the back? "Princess Reese, Mother Mercy, I am delighted to see that you stopped by! Please have some cucumber water and relax! Count Athaur, don't think I don't remember you owe me a story about bells, and aha, did everyone hear the great Gilroy Grayhope complimented our services so you know they must be fantastic!"

Gretchen also replies to Delia, "I might've gotten a friend of mine at Whisper House to give me some tips on decorations. And Lord Martino, welcome! What do you think of the harp music? I find it completely soothing to the soul while working."

Gilroy wanders off from the bard, probably to the man's great relief, and watches as Sophie sniff tests everything. "I hope you're going to pay for some of those." He shakes his head. The nerve of some people! But his attention quickly moves on to the self-guided tour of the sauna. Or rather, he sticks his head into the sauna. "Yep. Very warm in here. Like the sauna in Whitehold, but here in Arx where it's already very hot." Gretchen gets a venomous look. "Well, the compliment will stand if the bank honors your chits, Mistress Gretchen."

Duchess, a gorgeous fluffy white angora kitten with odd eyes and a pretty pink ribbon, 2 Bisland pride guards, Luella Sedna, an influent and renowned pearl trader, Colin Laurent, a quiet and serene companion arrive, following Kaia.

Sophie accepts the token from Gretchen, opening her palm to get a good look at it, both front and back, and then she slips it into the inner pocket of her Mercy robes before returning to the inspection of whatever concoctions she can get her hands on. She says to Gretchen, "Thank you. I certainly will, in just a moment." She doesn't seem particularly alarmed by any of the things she smells and after a few minutes she seems to be content to turn back to the others present and she does indeed accept some cucumber water.

Aerwyna's eyes look over to the entryway as more of the affluent arrive and she sips a bit of cucumber water, swallowing slowly and clearing her throat mildly.

Duchess, a gorgeous fluffy white angora kitten with odd eyes and a pretty pink ribbon have been dismissed.

Martino's eyes crease in the corner to the Lady Gretchen, "Oh it truly so... my thanks." He accepts a glass of the cucumber water brought forth and turns his torso to eye the doorway as the Lady Kaia arrives. His lips curl further, a low tilt of his head, "Ah good morning Lady Kaia."

Reese looks over to Gretchen, having a gentle smile of greeting for the Lady. "This shop is wonderful. I got almost one of everything and I certainly do need it. Sometimes I get kind of somber." She says, looking down at the /lift your spirits/ tonic with hope. Reese clearly things the products here can help. Now Rosalie is carrying bottles as well. Reese has people to help her shop, she is quite the princess at times.

Athaur he turns towards Gretchen when he is greeted, a wide smile on his face and he offers a bow. "Of course, my lady. How could I ever forget." He moves off from the barber services to examine through the tonics that were on sale."

Sophie makes her way back to Gretchen with the water and she says, "Lady Gretchen, it's lovely to see you again. I saw the announcement of your spa and thought it might be worthwhile to check it out. We often get patients that could be in need of relaxation." She waves her hand toward the interior and says, "Something like this might be of use to them."

Delia smiles pleasantly at Gretchen. "Well, you just continue to make excellent choices. I am very glad to see this lovely place today." She starts wandering through the place, looking at each detail, open to conversation as she goes. At each of Gretchen's greetings, it seems the Whisper takes note of names and commits them to memory, but this cheerful woman is perhaps disinclined to intrude too much at present. At Princess Reese's comment though she says cheerfully, "You should definitely make time for relaxation. I'm told war is like dancing - if you're tense that makes everything more difficult, but if you're relaxed you perform better."

"A massage," Jasher finally says tersely, most of his ability to communicate politely ground down by the information overload of learning about too many ways to pamper someone's hair or skin. "Shoulders will be fine. No, nothing else. Thank you." His disposition aside, when the person does get to work, kneading shoulders with competent hands, Jasher does finally take the opportunity to relax.

Kaia, followed by her small entourage of Bisland guards, and a male and female companion, makes her way in, into the lovely looking spa. As she enters she is given a token, "Thank you." She says, with a polite smile as she glance at the small object curiously wondering what it is for, just before her attention is taken elsewhere by the sound of a lovely greeting from a most pleasant and familiar voice, "Ah, Lord Martino Malvici, good morning to you too!~" she says, swaying in his direction - her cheeks blushing just slightly- before extending her hand to him for their customary greeting. "I do hope, you are well?"

Reese looks over to Delia, studying the Whisper with thoughtful consideration even as her Rosalie both carry products. Rosalie is quite Lady-in-waiting who has polite smiles for those here. "I think you are right about that. A /little/ tension is a good thing, but too much attention leads to mistakes take out of nerves. I am Princess Reese." She says toward her. Reese then smiles over to Kaia. "Greetings, Lady Kaia."

"Well that will certainly help out," Gretchen tells Reese cheerily, "And you can use that token to stop in for a massage or a new hair style--definitely do not come here asking for a hair cut because hair that delightful, with such a bouncy curl, it'd be a crime to cut it! But I can have someone give you an amazing style with cleverly placed braids that will make it look like you spent hours on your hair when in fact we've done it for you." She gives a deep nod to Sophie when she's addressed, "I'm so pleased you think so. I am a very firm believer that relaxation and happiness can help sort the good humors from the bad and rebalance one's mind towards the hopeful. And a day when someone is catering to you can turn even the worst day upside down and give someone reason to smile. Welcome, Lady Kaia! Do make yourself at home and look around, although Princess Reese appears to have mostly swept the shelves for me, I think I have more of some key items in the back."

Martino's reaches his right hand to lightly hold Kaia's fingertips as he bows his head, lifts her knuckles, just-so to his chin, "Mm I am... I met the Lady Gretchen earlier who spoke of here and, well, would you see. Luck has it on our side today." His lips touching the knuckles of Kaia for a moment as he murmurs, "For, my sweet Lady Kaia, you and I have crossed paths once again." He lowers, returns down the hand before commenting aside to Princess Resse and the Whisper, "She is right, Princess. When you are tense, you make terrible descisions. This is coming from a member of the House of War."

A messenger arrives, delivering a message to Sophie before departing.

Athaur finishes up his intial survey of the spa. He hums thoughtfully to himself, a rather nice accompaniment to the bells that jingle with each step. He makes his way over towards Gretchen, waiting paitiently for a moment when she may not be so busy.

Aerwyna's head dips to Kaia with her entry and she inhales subtly and smiles, looking away briefly to the others as she clutches onto the bar of purchased soap before she tucks it away from sight, her eyes going to Gretchen, "The soap is lovely.. and thank you for the token, I hope to use it soon or will ask you advice on which service, Lady Gretchen."

Sophie receives a series of messengers, each one eliciting a brief smile from her. When she shoves the most recent one in her pocket she says to Gretchen, "Well, you have one fan, at least. Champion Bliss Whisper seems to be quite fond of that grape flavored concoction you gave her. Perhaps you should speak to her about a testimonial?" Sophie's smile widens and she gives Gretchen a little nod, saying more quietly, "Perhaps I was wrong about you after all." She's laughing as she says this, and she moves toward the edge of the crowd, watching quietly.

Jasher's abruptly pulled back to the present when the hands begin working at a certain spot on his shoulder. He breathes sharply, as if stifling pain. "Be careful there," he grunts, and the hands take on a lighter touch. No more protestations issue as the man tolerates the relaxation in silence, letting his eyes drift around to take in the atmosphere as he wills himself to relax once more.

The sun in the humid sky is not as bright as Gretchen's smile when Sophie says that, "I shall certainly do so! And thank you," she replies to Aerwyna, "The one you chose is actually one of my favorites, I just adore the color. I've been thinking about a perfume or a lotion to match. Maybe both?" And then Athaur gets an easy smile, "Should I offer some bells at the counter? I have to say the jingle-jangle is growing on me. I can see how it might be soothing." Jasher gets a quick glance over in the chair to make sure everything's okay there then it's back to smiling for the crowd.

Reese looks over to Gretchen, seemingly happy with her words. "A massage does sound nice." She says musingly in her direction. she then looks over to Martino, nodding in response to his words. "Yeah, I never made war mistakes when tense, but I certainly have made other mistakes when tense." She says thoughtfully. She looks over to Delia. "What is your speciality in Whisper house?"

Athaur chuckles softly and shrugs his shoulders. "I think it is soothing, but I have been around the bells all my life so it's a bit different for me. I do not think you need any bells to sell here. Though perhaps sometime when I get fancier clothes I will get some fancier bells made." He grins brightly. "I was curious about trying some of the services here. What might you suggest?"

Kaia says, "Of course, lady Gretchen, but before I do, may I say the establishment looks delightfully exquisite!~" she then glances over to the Grayson, "Ah, princess Reese!~" she greets back, with a classy wave of the fingers and a smile. "Enjoying your morning so far, I hope?" she queries casually, before glancing back at Martino with a bright beam, "Ah, you and your honeyed words, my lord~ Nonetheless, it's all true, it does seem fate had it planned for us to meet yet again.~" she finishes off with a melodic giggle. Her eyes short after taking a careful look around to take note of the familiar and unfamiliar face, offering a sweet friendly smile to those she makes eye contact with."

Martino's head dips just-so to the Princess Reese as he smiles a moment, "Mm, and truly... can we put off a free massage forever?" He laughs a moment at that as he gestures aside to the seemingly pleased Prince Jasher. A slightly curl of his lips follows as he gasps, feigned offended, by Kaia's comment, "Honeyed words?! Truly, sweet Lady Kaia. Such would not come from me, would always be the very truth that these green eyes see."

Sophie smiles warmly as Kaia catches her eye and she gives a brief nod of her head before taking another sip of the cumcumber water. Then her eyes begin to slip from one inhabitant to the next, giving them a nod as well before they settling on Jasher. She moves a little closer to him and she says, "Well Prince Jasher, was it just yesterday you were surprised to see me somewhere. You in here getting a massage was most definitely not how I expected you spend your afternoons, though I'm delighted to see you relaxing."

"Delia Whisper," says Delia with a little curtsey to Reese. "Nice to make your acquaintance, Your Highness. Lord Martino." She beams at the two of them now. "And considering how much we have going on here in Arx, better to be relaxed and fight well and make good decisions I think." She watching the flirting and the verbal fencing with an amused look, picking up a glass of cucumber water and sipping at it delicately. "Bliss has been waxing poetic about your grape concoction," she confides in Gretchen. "Which means you should either make a great deal more of it, or a great deal less of it - depending on whether you wish to make it plentiful or very, very rare I imagine. There's advantage to both I think." She chuckles now.

"I don't," was Jasher's somewhat defensive reply at the Mother Mercy. His head's coaxed aside so that the person tending to him could work at the juncture between neck and shoulder, gently persuading muscles hardened by stress to relax. "I was passing by, and the place was open. So I visited. I will have to be mindful of the chairs I sit in here, it seems."

Martino's bows his head, a lift of his glass, follows in acknowledgement to Delia Whisper's name as he says, "Good to meet you and, well another time, you must visit across to Lyceum Ward for one of our establishements for superb grape concoctions." A wry curl of his lips follows as he turns his chin to deliver those eyes back to the Lady Kaia.

Gretchen grins at Delia, "I shouldn't be surprised that a Whisper has such good business sense considering I've never met a Whisper who wasn't good at everything, but color me impressed, Whisper Delia. And thank you, Lady Kaia, I hope to see you here as a regular!" When Athaur asks her opinion she pauses and gives him a very serious look, "With hair like that, much like Princess Reese I won't recommend a cut, but perhaps a deep conditioner and some time in the steam room."

Reese is still holding the bottles. She seems to be in a good mood. "It is nice to meet you as well Lady Delia." She then turns to Gretchen. "That sounds nice. I will come in sometimes for a deep condition and then my hair will be all silky and will be hair suited a Grayson princess." She say sand her girls are a bit messy.

Delia chuckles. "We study," she says with a wink to Gretchen, and then adds to Martino, "In the Lyceum I believe we just call that 'wine', my Lord. But never let it be said that Delia Whisper won't partake of something so delectable. The Lyceum wines are generally divine. Though Lady Moore here seems to do something a little different with her own libations. Quite unique, I very much recommend."

Athaur nods his head slowly, his fingers stroking along his chin. "Yes, cutting my hair is a bit of a process. Takes time since I have to unbraid my hair and take out the bells. Normally I avoid it." He nods his head again, considering her suggestions. "Ah yes. But, what exactly is a deep conditioner? The steam room seems fairly self explanatory."

Sophie gives a little glance down at Jasher and she can't help but laugh good naturedly, "Even so, Prince Jasher, I think some relaxation would do you some good. Gods know I have very little sucess in getting you to relax. Perhaps Lady Gretchen will be more successful." She moves closer to Delia and Martino and she smiles warmly before saying to Delia, "I see I'm not the only person she's been raving about it to. Perhaps I should stock up before she takes your keen business advice and makes it limited availability, hmm?" Then she introduces herself with a smile, "Princess Sophie Valardin, Mother of Mercy. I don't think we've met." She gives a polite smile and nod to Martino as well.

"I think a perfume -and- lotion to match would be amazing.." Aerwyna responds in a dip in the conversations going on around as she smiles to Gretchen.

Kaia laughs at Martino's reaction, and nods a few times, "Of course, my sincerest apologies, my lord!~" she says with a bit of sarcasm, in between giggles, and a playful gesture of the hand to match. Then, following his gaze over to the whisper, she looks at the woman in hopes of remembering the name and the face, and gives her a smile. Her eyes then moved back to Gretchen, "Surely, lady Moore." She replies pleasantly, before glancing back at Martino with an amused expression and evident flushed cheeks.

Martino almost instantly laughs, his lips curling just-so as his poor cover is foiled. His head dips, "Mmm we do, we do Delia. Well..." He considers and pauses for a moment before adding, "Should we soon host something, I shall be sure an invitation is sent forth to you." His attentions are brought to the Princess, Sophie, as he bows his torso low to her, "Your Grace and Princess. A pleasure to meet you." His right hand presented to the Princess as he asks first, "May I?"

"There are many ways to lift the spirits, I just make the one that tastes good," Gretchen winks at Delia before saying to Athaur, "It's just applying a cream to the hair from the roots to the tips so we'd have to unbraid it, yes, but I employ two of the best braiders in Arvum who would do them right back up for you. It uses a royal beeswax mixed with some secret ingredients to coat and soften and shine. And it will also keep the rain from sinking in if you're traveling," She then claps her hands at Aerwyna's agreement, "Then that is what I shall do and I will let you know when they are up! Glass for the bottles is so expensive these days, but I do think I have the perfect recipe to make it worthwhile."

Harlen arrives, following Duarte.

"Delia Whisper, Mother Mercy," says Delia to Sophie warmly. "It's a pleasure to meet one so dearly beloved in our city. Definitely stock up - even if it becomes cheap and plentiful perhaps like wine it only gets better in time." She catches Kaia's eye as well, nodding and then giving a curtsey. "Lady Kaia is it? A pleasure to meet you too. Social events like this are just so charming a place to meet lovely people don't you think?"

Reese is overheard praising Gretchen: Woot, great grand opening!

Aerwyna's lips spread in a wide smile at Gretchen's words and she dips her head gently, "Wonderful.. I can hardly wait."

Jasher remains quiet in his chair as his shoulders are worked on. Seemingly relaxed, but probably listening, a half-emptied glass of cucumber water forgotten in a gloved hand.

Athaur considers Gretchen's words for a moment and then nods his head. "Very well then. It is something that I shall have done." he glances around the place for a moment, drinking his Cucumber water. "Though, perhaps when it is less crowded I think."

Sophie's smile brightens and she says, "Indeed, though I'm more interested in the grape flavoring than the actual concoction. I think perhaps if it's added to the medicinal droughts we use at the House of Solace, and perhaps even on the battlefield, it will make it more amenable to the patients and they'll take it more readily. You'd be surprised how many grown men would rather suffer than have to drink something that tastes poorly." Then she turns her attention to Gretchen and calls over to her, "I'd like to speak to you about that, at some point, perhaps when you're less busy?"

Kaia grins, "They certainly are, Miss Delia.~ And yes, that is my name. Lovely to meet you as well.~"

Martino lowers down his right hand from the Princess Sophie and smiles instead, "I am Lord Martino Malvici..." He gesturs with that abandoned right hand to the Lady Kaia as he introduces her, "And, Princess Sophie. This is Lady Kaia Bisland." He adds, needless but still, "If one was to have a favourite Bisland... Lady Kaia would be just that." He glances aside to her, a faint curl of his lips follows soon after.

Aerwyna is overheard praising Gretchen: Breathtaking Grand Opening!

"Of course, Mother Mercy," Gretchen replies to Sophie, flitting here and there to help adjust a massage hold, hold someone is holding a pair of scissors, or to direct a box of new items from the back to the counter--and of course, engaging in conversation, "I am thrilled by the turnout I have to say, but things ought to settle down here in a few hours. Everyone always swarms the new, but stays if it's quality."

Martino is overheard praising Gretchen: Wonderful opening to a wonderful addition to the city

Jasher is overheard praising Gretchen.

Reese has a warm smile for all gathered here and she stars to takes off with her lots and lots of loot!

Sophie smiles apologetically as she misses that Martino's hand was outstretched toward her and she rests her hand lightly on his arm as the smile turns warmer. She turns her gaze to Kaia and says, "Lady Kaia, it's a pleasure to meet his favorite Bisland. I'll certainly remember that, for when I'm seeking out a Bisland to befriend." She nods her head, and lets her hand slip from Martino's arm. She says apologetically to him, in a near whisper, "My apologies. I don't get out much.."

Kaia is overheard praising Gretchen: A gorgeous establishment with exquisite services. Well done Lady Moore! I shall surely return.

Martino's tones hushed to the Princess as he dips his chin, a reassured crease of his eyes follows as he murmurs back to the Princess, "Quite alright. One's ways of gentlemanly greetings do take a slight during such business." He glances to the Lady Kaia's face, pleased he says, "Mm I would recommend doing such Princess Sophie. Quite the spotter of the Botanical Garden's rare plants."

Finally, it's done, and Jasher's left to his devices. He redoes the buttons on his shirt and the collar of his coat, rising to his feet and offering a tip to the person who patroned him. The man lets out a long breath of relief as he twists his neck one way, then the other, as if he's trying to adapt to a body that's not quite his anymore, and moves to the periphery to examine what products are left that haven't been cleaned out by someone or other.

Kaia chuckles at both Martino's and Deliah's comments about being the lord's favorite Bisland; and the possibility of getting considered to as the preferred Bisland to befriend, by the whisper. "Well, I'm relieved to know I'm/ both/ cherished,--" she says glancing at Martino for a moment, and then to Deliah "-- and being deemed decent enough for such an opportunity, Miss Delia.~"
