Cristoph checked strength + brawl at difficulty 15, rolling 7 higher.

Having decided that she's done with grief, Quenia makes her way into the Valardin district once more. This time it's to enjoy the gauntlet, whether it's as a participant or a spectator remains to be seen. She pulls her cloak around her to stave off the cold and looks around for a place to settle.

Thorley wasn't sure if he'd get signed up to participate in time. For now, the Sword of Westrock sits up in the stands to watch the others as he awaits the news of his belated entry. In the meantime, there's a nice jug of honey mead to pull off of as he waits to stave off the winter's chill.

a fire salamander arrives, delivering a message to Quenia before departing.

Waldemai was just looking to get out of the forge for a few hours.

1 Saik Guard, Gunther, a Rottweiler, Micana, Golden, an Oakhaven bloodhound arrive, following Lucita.

Lucita wanders in with her dogs, making sure they stay well out of the way out of the others with her guard keeping close watch on them and glances around as she pulls her cloak around her more securely, a barrier against the cold.

Quenia settles, for now, moving over to spectator seating. But! Only after she gets a hot drink. She grabs a cup of hot chocolate if it is being served, then settles down on the benches, wrapping her hands around the steaming cup. She does not yet see that Lucita has arrived.

Bayberry, an Oakhaven juvenile bloodhound have been dismissed.

a fire salamander arrives, delivering a message to Quenia before departing.

Waldemai does notice. "Lady Lucita," he says, politely, taking off his cap. "How are you? And the little ones, they are well?"

Lucita gives a smile to Waldemai as she hears him speak and approaches him. "Growing, almost four months old now and their personalities are really starting to show. Determined, charming and already know just what they want and 'think' they know how to get it. Thank goodness for a good nanny. I'm tired but that is the usual these days. And how are you?

Waldemai says immediately, "Chilly." He looks around the training ground meaningfully. "But that's easily enough solved. I should be out of the forge mor anyway."
