Description: Stunning and in someways mysterious, like the dark waters in a moonlit cove, Juliana carries herself with a sense of poise and grace. Light blue eyes shimmer from beneath long, thick lashes and sparkle with amusement. Her hair, a deep mahogany, often loosely braided when not falls in soft curls to brush at her hips. Tall with a slender frame and curves she tends to carry herself with refinement, though there is wicked sense of humor often settles on her lips. She knows her place, utterly and completely, she portray utter confidence in who she is and that it's self gives her an attractive air.
Personality: Juliana exudes confidence and poise with everything she does. They say she's never worn a piece of clothing or bit of jewelry she didn't design herself. Of course that isn't true, as sometimes she wears gifts from important people for exactly one social event before melting them down and turning them into something else. She is always entirely confident that she knows exactly what everyone else should be wearing and how they should be behaving. She is the most generous benefactor in the world to those who follow her lead, and the most scathing critic of those who do not.
Background: Juliana and her twin brother Sebastian were born to cause trouble. Even from the age of six, Juliana was known for her bossiness (and it only grew as she did). She was always rather obsessed with fashion, even if she had no interest in the actual tedium of sewing or fine metal work. But that was what servants were for, to make the things she demanded of them. As a girl, the things she demanded were often absurd, but she brooked no disagreement. As she aged her tastes refined until she was almost always considered the most fashionable, most avant-garde lady of the court. But she wasn't content with only dressing herself, she also became keenly interested in dressing everyone else. She would always be the one setting what was and wasn't fashionable in the court, and often took on proteges to teach and tutor in the ways of fashion. These proteges usually ended up as acolytes who helped to extend her power and influence all the further. Juliana developed a taste for toying with people and eventually took to manipulating them in more than just what they wore, with her and her brother often playing elaborate games to try to manipulate others this way or that and see just how crazy a thing they could convince them to do. Unfortunately, scandal was always following her brother around and as a good sister she often decided to move with him, to help keep him out of trouble, of course.
