Description: A vital, elegantly crafted man, Gelassen stands about six feet tall and carries himself with a reasoned, measured grace. One could almost believe the man never had that awkward period of adolescence, wherein a person's limbs are unruly and much longer than one thinks. No, Gelassen seems to have mastered the long lines of his frame, as well as the angles of his thoughtful mouth and the kindly crinkles at the corners of his eyes that just betray his age when he smiles. He keeps his golden brown curls cropped close, and two decisive slashes of brows frame bright blue eyes. Between them, a faint crease shows the man can be stern, when needed.

Personality: Calm, patient, and even-keeled, one might even call Gelassen 'serene'. He has an unshakable, unruffleable composure, and he gives his attentive interest and best advice to every person he interacts with. To spend time with Gelassen is to feel special, to feel empowered -- to feel that change is within one's grasp, and healing is assured with time.

Background: Gelassen came to the Whisper House after several years serving as something of an advisor and companion to a Baron in the Oathlands. He doesn't speak much about his family or past, always gently (and skillfully) turning the conversation back to those he speaks with. This, he says, is a skill he learned during his advisorship, helping the Baron deal with some of the more unruly elements of his demesne (and family).
