Isabetta spots Calypso who only briefly can tear her eyes away from the cream puff. She produces a small finger wave with a polite dip of her head to Calypso before turning her attention back to her lover. Just what she wanted in a lover. Silence and impeccable taste. She takes a small bite. Bliss.

Through the crowds gathered at the Jugment Green, guards donning the Grayson colors make way for Prince Calarian Grayson, his assistant and a crown observer. The Prince strides with both of his hands clasped behind his back and an upright posture which seems to come natural to him. Chin held up high, his hazel eyes scan the crowds from within the safety of the circle of security that surrounds him. One of the circular tables is claimed by the group, and the Prince moves to stand next to one of the chairs. "This one is good," he decides, looking aside to Philip and Barcus, before he sits down.

Calarian has joined the small circular table.

Remarkably, Agnarr is early to the duel, already practicing here and there in the designated space, and dressed in a half-harness of pieces of well-made redsteel combined with leather and thick layers of quilt. Even as people stream in, he doesn't take attention off his warmup, his big pink 'rose-gold' sword handled slowly.

Reese arrives on the grounds while adorned in pink and toting her weapons. She glances over those gathered here, having a smile of greeting for the many she knows.

"I will just be observing," Joslyn says to her companions, munching on her own cream puffs, joining a quiet conversation at the bench thereafter.

The Judgement Green at this time of day was quite beautiful, slightly chilly for the Dark Maiden but most definitely a sight. Dressed in a decidedly Lycene gown of umbra silks with Eclipse strapped to her thigh, Lady Arianna stood by her Champion. Exchanging a few words with him before the duel, smiling serenely to him she gives him another nod of her head before heading off the field to stand nearby the Duchess Belladonna with a silent bow of respect for the woman.

"Good morning, Duchess Pravus. I wish you and your Champion the best of luck." Her eyes drifted over to Viviana as she said so,"I'm not sure that's something I should be doing, but I figure in the spirit of good sportsmanship?"

Alarissa had strolled on in at some point, right arm in a sling that matches her dress and had made her way to one of the benches and eased down sot hat she could watch, be one of many who bear witness.

A pigeon almost too fat to fly, Henrick arrive, following Jhond.

Agnarr wields a monstrous sword of war with a long banded grip.

Viviana, had likewised arrived a couple minutes early, lingering on the green dressed in black leather and emerald green. She offers Arianna a little smile at her wish of good luck, before replying in a cheerful tone "Well, 'should' or not, it really is appreciated all the same."

Viviana wields Daybreak's Edge.

A pigeon almost too fat to fly have been dismissed.

All fancied up as is appropriate, Belladonna offers a few encouraging words quietly to her cousin, Viviana. She's got an easy smile on, and for all that the shadows linger beneath her eyes her shoulders aren't particularly tense. When Arianna approaches she turns, and the bow is returned both with a slight tip of her own shoulders and a warm smile. "Lady Stonewood," she greets. "Thank you. The best to you and your own Champion, as well; I will refrain from wishing luck, but only because I do not want anyone to get particularly hurt." That same warm smile is sent in Agnarr's direction, and then she turns to Viviana. "Thank you," she offers softly, before she takes a step back.

Christine waves to Joslyn and Isabetta, then to Edward. And Arianna! Too many known faces, she hesitates who to join.

Isabetta gives Christine a wave in return, looking otherwise pre-occupied and in love. . . With a pastry!

Katarina gives a vibrant laugh at something said amongst her companions, though the sound is quelled as the sight of Arianna taking the field to meet greet Belladonna comes into her line of view. Her mood sobers just-so, golden eyes flickering over the duchess' expression briefly before her gaze finds Calarian in the crowd. A cream puff is lifted, and delicately wrapped in her silken Valardin-blue handkerchief and tied to be delivered onto him by her imperious, uppity little owl companion with care.

"Philip." Calarian looks up at his assistant. "I guess you might know as well, Barcus." His eyes flit aside to the crown observer next to Philip. "Either of you happen to know the chosen champions of Duchess Belladonna or Lady Arianna?" He gazes towards Belladonna and Arianna thoughtfully, before he extends a hand to his assistant who has brought a waterskin, removing the cap and taking a sip of water. After clearing his throat, he supposes, "We'll see."

3 Iron Guardsmen arrives, following Calaudrin.

Hefting his warsword in one hand, Agnarr lifts it to his face to salute Arianna, Belladona, and Viviana, in that order. Then he settles it upon his shoulder, quiet for the most part.

Edward gives a wave to Christine as he smiles to her and then he turns back to the table, of which the trio of them there so far, are talking.

Reese has joined the small circular table.

Jhond arrives with Henrick along side to class down the place. He goes as far as to buy a spitted piece of meat from a vendor along the way before going to find a spot to watch. "That big one the" he says with a point of the stick to Agnarr, "is Agnarr. Gruff northern fellow but damn good. No clue who the other one is.. but not knowing? my money would be on him."

Reese goes to sit by her cousin at one of the small tables. She looks over to Alarissa, giving the princess a smile and even trying to wave her wave her over toward their table. "Please join us, cousin, if you wish?" She says in her direction.

Viviana offers Belladonna a little smile. "Anytime" she replies lightly to the duchess, before sliding her own blade from its scabbard. She offers her own raised-blade salute to Belladonna, Arianna, and then to her opponent. "Well, I suppose we shouldn't keep the crowd waiting" she calls over towards Agnarr cheerfully.

Lucita steps into the area and glances around, a curtsy given respectfully when she is close enough to those for whom the gesture to be appropriate. A little nod is given those of her acquaintence.

Calaudrin slips quietly in among the crowd, finding a respectable position to watch how this duel is about to unfold.

Calarian subtly indicates Agnarr with a finger to Calarian and Barcus. "I think he's one of the champions." Oh, but the handkerchief is delivered by Katarina's pigeon -- which he receives with both hands and a brief searching look to determine the source of it. Katarina spotted, he gives her a smile and a dip of his chin from afar, before he mouths something along the way of "do you want to join us?" and a hand indicating his table with Reese. That said, Reese joined his table, so he smiles to her and comments something -- before he looks up at Alarissa expectantly, to see if she will join them as well.

Henrick takes in the sights with a curious gaze, keeping his coat closed against the cool spring weather. He shoots a look between Jhond, his meaty pointer, and Agnarr. "Big is good, but quick can surprise you." Even so, he settles into a relaxed lean on one leg, watching the proceedings.

"Oh well of course Lady Viviana, I am glad my words were received well." Turning to give a wave to Christine and a few others whom had acknowledged her directly, Arianna clears her throat and neatly folds her hands in front of her. She seemed surprised by the turnout, the way she scanned the growing crowd was a dead giveaway. Though after smoothing the front of her dress she turns to the two chosen Champions and Belladonna,"Yes, we should tend to this matter and put this behind us Lady Pravus, Duchess, Champion." With that she gives a knowing look to the man before offering a private smile to the large man.

Alarissa has left the large bench.

Alarissa has joined the small circular table.

"Aye," answers Agnarr to Viviana, but his posture remains as relaxed, at least as much as his kit permits, since it does enforce his posture some. Then he stands a little straighter at Arianna's look.

Isabetta leaves her spot on sighting Lucita, moves over to her while waving in a friendly manner, "Lady Lucita, how lovely to see you so soon." She attempts to give her a quick embrace with one arm and air kisses over each of her cheek.

Joslyn waves cheerfully to Christine from her place on the bench.

Calypso crosses one leg over the other as she leans back in her chair to watch. She gives Calaurian and Reese a nod as she notices them in the table beside hers. And a wave to Lucita as well.

The beckoning from Reese voiced, Alarissa makes her way toward her cousins with a dip of her head to both and taking up a seat. "Princess Reese, Prince Calarian." She offers them both a smile.

"I suppose not," Belladonna agrees with a chuckle, turning to Arianna and offering an encouraging smile her way before she turns to face where people seem to be most gathering. She chuckles after a moment, shakes her head -- and leans over to say something quietly to Arianna, offering a wry smile to go with it before she turns to slip in the direction of where Katarina is sitting with a few others, nodding to Viviana again.

Christine blows a kiss to Edward and she eventually join the women at the other bench.

Christine has joined the long bench.

Katarina delivers a quiet shake of her head in respectful decline of Calarian's offer, a silent gesture made to her present company and that of Belladonna before her mouth upturns into a warm smile toward the company he himself keeps. "It's a pleasure to see you, Your Highnesses. Today's duel is certainly one worth watching, no?" Her gaze lands fondly on Alarissa, before she's refocusing on her seatmates.

Lucita seems a bit surprised at Isabetta's gesture but amicably returns them with a smile. She says to Isabetta. "Thank you. Luis was busy" She says this while glancing at Isabetta with a bit of mirth in her expression. "So I decided to come to this." She spots Calypso and gives her a warm smile and returns the wave.

Belladonna has joined the long bench.

"I'm sure we will have plenty to discuss regarding your charming roguish brother my lady, the scoundrel." She winks with no grin to Lucita and gives her a little wave, "I must rejoin my companions, I am sure you could too should you wish." She returns to her spot by Katarina opposite Joslyn.

Arianna nods slowly at whatever quiet words the Duchess spoke, a slight smile on her lips as she turns to go and find her seat. Walking at a leisurely pace behind Belladonna, the young maiden quickly finds a spot and slips down onto it. Giving a polite smile to anyone nearby before she crosses her legs and offers a muttered prayer to the Sentinel. Anyone sitting close enough can hear her praying for the safety of the Champions.

Arianna has joined the small circular table.

"Aye.. and that's what makes the bastard so dangerous. He's both" Jhond says to Henrick before taking a bite from his unnamed meat on a stick. "We'll see how the other one does. Don't imagine they've have fielded someone that's going to be overrun easily.. just can't say I've seen her before"

Small talk has been made, pleasantries have been exhanged, and now it's time to commence with the 'stabbing' portion of the day's program. Viviana takes up a ready stance opposite Angarr with her blade in hand, balanced lightly on her feet. Looking not a little like a coiled spring.

A fight has broken out here. Use @spectate_combat to watch, or +fight to join.

Lucita has joined the long bench.

His own posture relaxed, as a proper fighter should be, Agnarr hefts his warsword to raise it in the guard of the iron gate, point long and down. He watches Viviana attentively, shrugs once, and steps forth. It's on.

Agnarr takes minor damage.

Viviana takes minor damage.

Lucita makes a quiet rejoiner to Isabetta as she does join the bench with the others.

Viviana takes minor damage.

white-tailed eagle, other white-tailed eagle arrive, following Mia.

Something of a rotation of champagne flasks and cream puffs have been worked out amongst the ladies upon the bench with Katarina, though she holds one for herself and Belladonna aside especially as the fight commences. Keenly, she follows the path of rubicund blades as they clash and clank, only murmuring the occasional aside to one of her companions.

To say the Sword of Setarco comes out of the gate aggressively is a bit of an understatement. She all but launches herself at the large man opposite her, weaving her blade quickly in a series of strikes. While it does manage to connect, she fails to land a solid hit on the man... and she certainly seems to be giving him a few solid opportunities in return.

Mia slipped through the crowds quietly; without the large entourage that some of far greater rank could claim, it was likely fairly easy for her to do. Eyes vaguely sought out familiar faces among the onlookers, but her attention was largely focused on the champions and obtaining some view of them -- as it ought to be.

Christine stands and cheers, clapping her hands. "Wooohooo!!! Come on!! You can win this!!"

It seems Jhond's assessment is reasonably accurate; for how large a target Agnarr is, he is not in any rush to get struck, even if he is better armored than his opponent. He moves to the side, not enough that her rapier's edge does not draw-cut and score a line into the quilt at his shoulder (Being without a cuirass), but answers with a glancing cut to her arm. They break, and the next exchanges aren't particularly conclusive.

Viviana takes serious damage.

A messenger arrives, delivering a message to Isabetta before departing.

Katarina is overheard praising Agnarr for: What a frightful beauty, the way he swings his sword.

Katarina is overheard praising Viviana for: As graceful with her weapon as ever, I always enjoy watching her duel.

With the conclusion of the duel, so it seemed, Lady Stonewood excused herself from the small circular table and rose to her feet. Striding toward the long benches where the Duchess sat among a few others, Arianna offers her a respectful nod of her head and a slight smile. "Your Champion performed well, but you and I know that the Sentinel has already judged." As she peers around at everyone there she continues with a pleasant expression on her face.

"My words, albeit never was my intention to do so, offended. For that you and the Cullers have my sincere apology. Look for my formal apology in the whites." Offering a deep bow to Belladonna, Arianna moves to go and speak with her Champion. Though she winks at Viviana along the way and offers a few words to the other Lady before clapping Agnarr on the shoulder. "Well fought Champion, thank you for representing me in this matter."

Arianna is overheard praising Viviana for: Your performance was nothing short of tantalizing. Well done cuz'.

Joslyn winces, but applauds with an approving nod. "Well fought Lady Viviana!" Joslyn offers with a little smile.

And then Agnarr finds the gap in Viviana's defense - and exploits it. With a fully commited cut, he slips past her rapier's forte to cut the flesh of her side. It is largely robbed of energy by her leather corset, resistant to cuts - but it's there all the same, a wound, bleeding, and quite obviously so. Withdrawing immediately, the massive northman puts up his sword and salutes it, before wiping off his weapon.

Edward is overheard praising Agnarr for: Righteous performance as a champion

Arianna is overheard praising Agnarr for: The man's a Champion in the truest sense of the word. Thank you for representing me so well!

Reese is overheard praising Agnarr for: The giant is badass!

Reese is overheard praising Viviana for: Well fought!

It is a rare thing to see Belladonna react quite so strongly. When Viviana takes the hit that she does, the little blonde is on her feet. "Find a healer, please," she snaps to Katarina, gathering her dress up and taking a step towards the fight. Arianna's approach and words have her offering a brief smile. "Just -- a moment," she says, and then she's bolting for her cousin. It is perhaps the only time anyone here has seen her *run*. Because she does.

Belladonna has left the long bench.

"They both did so well, at least as far as I could tell." And Lucita claps for both.

Calypso is overheard praising Agnarr for: Well fought

Henrick grimaces as he watches Agnarr's last swing, but he draws up his hands to applaud nonetheless.

Calarian can be heard giving a couple of claps towards the champions, in the midst of some very engaged conversation with Reese and Alarissa at his table.

It was bound to happen sooner or later, with the way Viviana was launching herself at the large man. Though granted, she'd hoped it would happen to him rather than to her. She winces as the blade strikes into her side, a bit of blood welling through the rip in her leather top. She steps back a bit as well, offering the man a salute of her own, before lowering her weapon... and clutching at her wounded side. Yeah, that one hurt.

Christine grins. "Well, that was fun... Well done!"

Edward looks at those at the table with him and then he gives a few claps for Agnarr, "Told you. Agnarr was going to beat up a woman today...," he remarks casually to those at thet able with a soft chuckle.

Katarina is only a few steps behind Belladonna, quickly scanning the crowds in search of a healer. "Is anyone amongst us a healer?" she calls out, before motioning with urgence for her Champion to be at her side and lend aid as she takes a knee on the opposite side of Viviana, giving the Sword space.

Calypso rises from the table and nods to Edward. “That you did.” She clasps Arianna on the shoulder for just a moment and then makes her way out of the Greens.

Calypso has left the small circular table.

6 Malvici Guards, Adjutant General Vincenzo di Malvici leave, following Calypso.

Carita bows her head, apologetically toward Calypso, before she rises from her seat to quietly applaud the combatants and those that they represented.

Reese looks over to Katarina. "I know just a tiny bit of healing, but I can try if there is nobody else better trained?" She looks about, seeming to hope that there is.

"I am!," called Mia at Katarina's cry. It came only after she had paused for a moment, waiting to see if someone with greater skill or Lagoma's touch might answer. She heard Reese's words -- and the complications contained therein. It seemed not. And so she gathered up her skirts and moved forwards.

Settling the warsword back on his shoulder with a flat after checking it for new nicks and cracks, as well as missed bloodstains, Agnarr steps out of the duel circle, moving to sit down and watch people applaud and others tend to Viviana. He shrugs at Edward. "Try to go a day without, but seems not this day."

Christine frowns now. "Well, I'm not a healer but I know how to apply a bandage if you..." But then Mia offers her help and she shrugs.

Reese looks relieved when Mia steps forward. "Countess Mia, oh, good." She says in her direction, giving the woman a somber smile.

Arianna seems a bit surprised by the sudden departure of Belladonna. Then she examined the situation a little closer and raised her eyebrows, and approaches her cousins. "I...am sorry, at first glance I wasn't able to see how badly injured she was." A somber look overcame Ari's expression for a moment before she began to rise to her feet. "I'll go find a healer, if there isn't one present." With that she rushes off to go and find a Physician or Mercy, only the Gods would know if she was successful before someone else managed. Though when Mia cried out, she sighed in relief and turned back to Viviana with a soft smile. "It's going to be alright."

Lucita gets Fluid Melodies pair of unusual hairpins from an elegant quilted carryall with tiny gold rose embroidery on shades of sea green fabric.

Viviana keeps to her feet, at least, even as she stands there... listening for the calls for a healer going around. She turns her attention towards Arianna, offering the woman a little pained smile. "Don't worry" she replies, a hint of her usual playfulness showing even through the pain. "I've had better."

Reese rises to her booted feet and starts toward Mia. "I got some supplies if you need." She says toward her and starts pulling out items.

Reese gets a clean roll of bandages from a first aid pouch embroidered with a candle flame.

At Mia's answering chime, Katarina lifts her head and lends the lady a relieved smile. "Thank you, my lady," she exhales the words, shifting to make room for the Countess to be nearer to Viviana's side. A grateful smile is flashed in Reese's direction, albeit a short-lived one as Katairna's attention returns to the Sword and Duchess before her.

Reese gets a small bottle with clean water from a first aid pouch embroidered with a candle flame.

Edward stands up from the table and he notes the sudden departure. He eyes the retreating noblewoman and then he shakes his head before he looks at Carita, "Well then. I suppose we sould e off my Lady..," he holds his arm out and he says, "You choose the place this morning then."

Drawing up once she reaches Viviana, Belladonna huffs out a sigh of relief when her cousin stays upright. When Katarina takes a knee right there she relaxes, and then flashes a smile. "Well fought," she praises Vivi, studying her briefly while she catches her breath, and then she's looking back towards Arianna, turning her way and lifting her voice. "My apologies, Lady Stonewood," she says. "Your offense is forgiven. The Sentinel has spoken today as well, though -- I accept your apology, and offer one of my own. I reacted too quickly, and saw offense where none was intended. I recognize that you were engaged in play with a friend, and I am sorry for sticking my nose in." Her tone is warm, and she's got a smile on. There is relief, when she sees Mia. Viviana's playful smile earns her a foul look, though. "Would you please sit down, my lady?" Mia's approach has her going, "Thank you. Thank you, very much."

Reese gets a small tin pot, labeled 'Wounds', with a waxy ointment from a first aid pouch embroidered with a candle flame.

Belladonna is overheard praising Arianna for: Graceful in her victory.

Belladonna is overheard praising Agnarr for: Well fought.

Reese gets Bottle of Blancbier Healing Salve from a first aid pouch embroidered with a candle flame.

Katarina is overheard praising Reese for: Prepared, for everything. EVER.

Belladonna is overheard praising Viviana for: You bring honor to our house.

Reese gets a small vial with a strong liquor from a first aid pouch embroidered with a candle flame.

Calaudrin is overheard praising Reese for: Carrying everything, always.

Katarina is overheard praising Alarissa for: Looking good with that baby bump, Ri'.

Agnarr has joined the small circular table.

Reese has left the small circular table.

Nods the once, composed, and Carita is prepared to start away from the dueling grounds once it appears that all is well in hand. The fallen Sword is in good spirts, there are healers on hand, and the two challengers have apologized. And the all lived happily ... well ... no. That would be a hasty ending to tack on. But, it's all ended for now. She glances toward Edward, tucks a hand into his arm and starts to walk away. "Certainly. I think that the Salon might be nice."

Carita has left the small circular table.

Edward has left the small circular table.

Sombra leaves, following Edward.

Edward leaves, following Carita.

Mia looked towards Reese and nodded once, sharply. "Fool that I am, I didn't think to bring my pouches with me. Usually I've only needed them on campaign. Or in my own home," she said, with the faintest of frowns. Three children and a husband tend to have that effect on the poor woman's sanity. Quickly, she gathered up Reese's offered supplies -- even if it did mean using her skirt as an apron of sorts and letting the world see her chemise and stockings -- and approached Viviana. And Belladonna as well, it seemed. "I am no Mercy," she admitted to her would-be patient, as she crouched near, sorting through what was offered. "But the Count has served as my pin-cushion many times, when I've had to stitch closed a new seam in the stubborn man's skin."

"If you insist" Viviana offers to Belladonna, paying little heed to the woman's glare. At some point, the novelty of it wears off, apparently. She turns her attention to Mia then, ofering her a little smile. "That's alright if you're no Mercy" she offers to the woman. "Being here is its own virtue right now, I think..."

Calarian remains seated at his table with this calm, tranquil expression on his face. He seems to be making some comment aside to Alarissa.

Katarina settles back comfortably upon her haunches, owlish in the way she observes Mia's preparation of supplies that Reese funnels to her to tend to Viviana. "You were amazing, during the duel, my lady," she gives soft-spoken praise to the Sword in distracting conversation, leaning to gently bump Belladonna with a shoulder. "Were it me against Agnarr, I have no doubt I'd be off in a worst state - though it's something to be said that I haven't sparred against him in months."

"No need to apologize Duchess Pravus, I've long since forgiven as the Thirteenth commands it." Arianna says while looking at the wounded Pravus Lady and those whom had come to her aid. A small smile was given to the princesses Reese and Katarina. Countess Mia is offered words of gratitude as Arianna steps back and allows her to begin working. The Dark Maiden examines the field for a moment longer, moving close to offer a few parting words to Belladonna before she gives her another reassuring nod and turns to take her leave. "I must go for now, but Lady Viviana is in good hands. Fare well everyone and thank you for coming to support the Champions." After she'd finished speaking, Arianna offered everyone a polite bow and gestured to Agnarr as she began to head towards the north.

Moving seats, Agnarr opts to pick another seat, closer to where Viviana is being tended, raising a hand in farewell to Arianna before asking the former - as well as her not-Mercy healers, "It going to scar? Hope not."

Joslyn rises from the bench to go check up on Viviana. She keeps distance to allow healers to do their thing. "You did well, Love," she smiles a bit. "How are you holding up?"

Reese draws near to Viviana with Mia, seemingly with the intention of helping her or maybe just holding supplies as needed. She seems somberly concerned. She looks over to Arianna, giving her a nod. "Take care, Lady Arianna." She says.

Joslyn shouts back to the bench. "Three!"

"well.. there is it." Jhond says at the result and aftermath of the duel as he munches on the meat stick.

Turning towards Arianna when she moves close, Belladonna listens to the quiet words and nods agreeably. There's a soft reply, and she reaches to try and brush Arianna's elbow with her fingers. She leans in to answer quietly, then smiles again when she straightens. No further parting words are offered for the crowd to hear though, and she turns back to watch Viviana being tended to quite intently. She does at least aside to Agnarr, "Well fought. You are incredible."

Reese is overheard praising Mia for: Its always good to have a mom around when things go wrong or people get hurt!

Reese is overheard praising Belladonna for: Honorable with her duels.

Reese is overheard praising Arianna for: Grace after victory.

Viviana is overheard praising Mia for: She was there to help when someone poked a hole in me.

Katarina turns her head, looking toward Agnarr briefly when he opts for a seat not far from the group hovering around Viviana. "You did well, as always, Agnarr," she commends in sidelong aside, shifting her weight down to her knees more comfortably. "I've reached out to the Lady Rey, in hopes that she might be able to see to Viviana more thoroughly once she's able to," she relays then in reassuring aside to Belladonna, a gentle squeeze laid to her shoulder before deigning to rise. "I don't want to crowd you all, so I will be over by the benches if anyone needs anything more." Back to Isabetta she goes.

A messenger arrives, delivering a message to Katarina before departing.

Arianna has left the small circular table.

Umbra leaves, following Arianna.

A flicker smile was offered up as a reply to Viviana. "If simply being is one of my better traits, then so be it." Briefly distracted by Arianna's words, Mia nooded once at her thanks, then began -- with little hesitation -- poking about the bloodied wound to gauge both size and depth. "It very well may scar, yes," came her answer. "But there's a lovely poultice that one of the Redrain's make that helps to minimize the marks. I have a tin of it back at Heron Hall, and can send some over if you'd like, or direct you towards her small shop for it later. Best to wait until the wound is closed to apply it, anyway."

3 Iron Guardsmen leaves, following Calaudrin.

It's obvious Agnarr isn't used to receiving terribly much praise, so when it's tossed his way, he just nods, somewhat awkwardly. He looks to Viviana being tended, then away, leaning back in his seat.

A messenger arrives, delivering a message to Agnarr before departing.

Viviana looks back towards Joslyn and gives her a little smile. "Well, I've been better..." Viviana comments, even as she lets the healer tend to her wound. "But, I'm pretty sure I'm going to survive this particular misadventure" she adds. Katarina gets a smile of her own, and she comments in a wry tone "Thanks. Though remind me next time to get out of the way of the sword instead" That said, her attention turns towards Mia, wincing as the woman pokes around a little bit. "I'll worry about it later" Viviana comments softly to the woman.

Reese tries to be helpful by holding bandages and the like, but she isn't doing much. She does seems impressed with Mia's skill. "Oh, you look much better, I am glad the Countess was here." She then peeks over to Agnarr. "You are amazing Giant."

Agnarr's mood does shift slightly when he's handed a small pouch of clinking gold pieces, which he tucks away quickly after a count and a bite on one of them. "Best hope I do the same next on the battlefield," he replies to Reese. "Think a drink will help it?" he asks over at Viviana idly.

"Thank you," Belladonna tells Katarina, and then she repeats it towards Mia. "Thank you." If Viviana's lack of reaction to her glare bothers here there's no indication, because she's smiling again now that the woman is being tended to. She does look over to Joslyn, smiling her way. "I hope we have more of a chance to speak, soon. I would know my cousin's paramour." Then, to Viviana, "Well done. I am pleased with your performance." She smiles to Reese, glances to Agnarr. There's a low chuckle when he bites the coin, and then she's turning to trail along after Katarina.

Lucita is quiet for the most part, watching the interactions among others, the healing procedures.

Reese has a gentle smile for Belladonna that touches her blue eyes. She nods in response to her words. "You did fight well. I do like watching duels." She confesses. She seems a little less somber, now that Viviana is looking better. She then turns to Agnarr. "Oh, I am sure you will, you always do."

"Once the bleeding's stopped, I think it ought to be sufficient. I wouldn't even say you'll be in need of stitches this time, my lady, unless it goes poorly over the next few days." Mia wrapped the bandages tight. She had, in fact, done this before. It may keep Viviana from moving her arm all that much for a day or two, but it should also keep the wound in her shoulder from opening up again. Tying the last bit of bright white cloth into a knot to secure, she nodded once at her work. "You're quite welcome, Your Grace," she said, though the words were a bit distracted. She was looking for something to clean her hands with.

Reese gets clean gauze bandages for the chest from a first aid pouch embroidered with a candle flame.

"So long as you take me to the next one. And pay well," Agnarr supposes to Reese with low amusement, plucking out at his bevor to work it off his neck and tuck it into his simple rucksack.
