Usage:
vote <player>
unvote <player>

Lodges a vote for a character to receive an additional xp point for
this week due to excellent RP. Please vote for players who have
impressed you in RP, rather than just your friends. Voting for your
alts is obviously against the rules.

Using vote with no arguments displays your votes.
