Investigation allows characters to research secrets and unravel some
of the world's mysteries. To start, use @investigate/new and fill out
required fields with /tags and /story switches, then use /finish to
finalize your investigation for GMs to see. A tag is a word defining
the topic of research, while story tells how it will be accomplished.
The /stat and /skill switches let you set the appropriate roll used by
your story. The 'investigation' skill will always be taken into account.
Use /cancel to cancel the form.

While you can have many ongoing investigations, one advances weekly.
Determine which by selecting the /active investigation. Spend silver and
resources to attempt to help your investigation progress. Use /pause
switch to mark an investigation inactive, or /abandon it altogether.

About topic/tags: Using multiple tags results in very specific research
on a clue involving ALL those topics. You may place '-' in front to
omit clues with that tag. ex: "@investigate/tags primum/tyrval/-adept"
Alternately, you may specify an existing clue to try to find out things
related to it, by setting the topic with 'Clue: <id or name>'. So if you
want to find more things related to clue 50, it would be 'Clue: 50'.
Be aware that specificity may result in nothing found, but you might be
offered the chance to expend great effort (100 AP) into researching a
clue that no one has found before.
