A small team with a boat escapes the city up the river to sneak and minimally fight their way through the surrounding forces to find a supply cache and (what! could there be living refugees upriver? no, that's silly). (OOC: I can take up to 5 people on this one. It'd be a good idea for some of them to have stealth. It would be an even better idea if one of them had a boat. However, I'll make it work!)
