For many a voice, there are to few chances to announce to our great compact news that brings joy and happiness. Today, as is my duty to my House and my Family, I am given that chance to spread warmth and happiness and joy. It is with love in my heart, a smile on my face, and warmth that I announce to the compact as a whole that my Brother, Count Turo Navegant and his Wife, Countess Consort Arcelia Navegant have returned to the compact and have one so with honor and dignity. This return, is known to many and no the main topic of this proclamation. What is, is the health, and well being, and successful birth of two healthy and wonderful children. My Neese and Newphew, twins, the Young Lady Davina Navegant and the Young Lord Kaax Navegant. Please join House Navegant in welcoming these children to the world. My many thanks to all.
