No One May Harm Us Unpunished

With the most recent news regarding the Darkwater crisis, it is clear that there must be no disunity in the actions we take against our enemy. An armada larger than we've seen sails with the intent to harm the Compact. This can not be allowed to happen-- this will not happen.
As a result, I hereby raise our banners in defense of the Lyceum and the Compact: Fidante of Tor, Malvici of Southport, Pravus of Setarco, Rubino-Zaffria of Gemecitta, Gilden of Caith, De Lire of Afflua.
Setarco, one of the renowned Hundred Cities of the Lyceum, is but one target in this war against us. House Pravus, under the leadership of Duchess Belladonna, has dedicated a tremendous amount of time and resources to understanding the danger we face and making preparations for this very moment. They will not stand alone.
House Velenosa intends to join arms with the rest of the Compact and dedicate itself to the stratagems devised by the Crown's Ministry of Defense. Every sword and ship available to our vassals must be prepared to be called upon in defense of the realm-- at whatever cost.
No one may harm us unpunished.
