Revisiting Ras

Let it be known to all that the person known as Goodman Ras has once again crossed the lines of insubordination and threatened a Physician within the Halls of Solace. Because of his actions, a man was directly injured. The Faith has showed /extreme/ patience with Goodman Ras, but even we must at some point draw a line and say /no more/.
Goodman Ras is hereby banned from any shrine, solace, or any blessed or holy area in Arvum. If he is to be found there, his life will be immediately considered to be forfeit. The only shrine he shall be allowed to visit will be the Stacks and Shrine of Vellichor. And in this, it will be under the strictest of guards and is restricted only to the top floors so that he may hopefully, with the guidance of the Thirteen, to learn to be a proper citizen of Arvum.
Goodman Ras, this is your final warning. Do not let your name come across us again.
