The Bard Tiye

By rite of hospitality, the Bard known as Tiye was granted guestright some time ago by House Tessere. We proclaim now, publicly, the extension of that right and thus all protections due her as guest of our House. We shelter her and by so doing, claim her as one of our own while she remains in Arx.
In short, she is not to be pestered unless she cares to be, or we shall be mightily displeased.
