To Every Child of Eurus

(This proclamation has not been issued in Arvani. Those who distribute it, whether in print or aloud, do so only in Eurusi, and only in areas where refugees are freshly settled. Care has been taken to take local dialects into account, for refugee communities that mostly hail from one specific area or another.)
(Before long, multiple independently-created Arvani translations are available to the curious who pursue such a thing. The differences in the translations are mostly in minor word choices: "great" vs. "vast" and so on. The text below is the most widely circulated transcription.)
To all who now find their feet touching strange shores,
You have crossed great distance and now wonder what comes next. Among you are fathers who are separated from their daughters, and mothers who are separated from their sons, children who find themselves without parents, spouses who can no longer rely on the comfort of sleep in a shared bed. You are crafters, and soldiers, and diplomats, and everything else that exists to be done. You are children of Eurus.
Life will be hard, for the next while. Even if all around you has changed, you must still eat. You must still sleep safely. You must still earn your share, in whatever way. These things will not come as easily. There are some who will be cold to your plight, and refuse to open their doors to you. There will be some who will act as friends, and with each one of their close embraces your pockets will become lighter. There will be some who spit upon your names and consider you lower than any animal. You will be called many epithets. You will be spoken of as a threat.
Be aware of these hardships, and be vigilant in protecting yourself and those close to you, but do not be fearful. Winter is cold, but in time, the warmth of spring returns, and the heat of summer. The black clouds that thunder with rain move along in their time. You must not be afraid, and you must not give in to despair. If this moment offers you one duty, owed to yourself and to your loved ones, it is to endure.
There are many in the Compact whose hearts are open to you. They will help you, for no reason other than that it is the right and just thing to do. Their compassion, kindness, and generosity will be there as your lanterns in your souls' darkest nights. You may feel adrift, with no one to lean on. I promise you that this is not the case.
Children of Eurus: You are strong. You will endure. You will thrive. Remember this always.
