New Clearlake Minister of Income

Since my cousin, Lord Ringvald Clearlake has come to Arx he has been a strong point for House Clearlake. He's always been good with numbers and things, so it is no surprise that I have passed on the title of Minister of Income to him. If you have any business with House Clearlake when it comes to trading or monetary endeavors, please include him on the missives.
