Rivenshari Births

In the middle of the night, after most are asleep, the deep, heavy sound of large brass bells rings out from the expanse. Not long after, several messengers depart the Expanse to deliver a proclamation:
It is my greatest pleasure to announce the births of Lord Hyar Rivenshari and Lord Aegis Rivenshari, born to my wife, Lady Eshra Rivenshari aboard ship shortly before midnight on 11/4/1011 AR, Lord Hyar being born moments before his brother. All three are resting comfortably.
