I do hereby proclaim and declare:
Whilst Lord Sigurd shall remain the Minister of War, Lord Ahmar Nightgold has been formally declared the new Minister of Defense within Stonedeep. As the Minister of Defense, activity that involves patrols through the region, general security within the area, escorts through the Duchy and its like, should be brought to him as a point of contact.
