Banning of Lord Braden Laurent

Whisper House exists to support the nobility of Arvum and to help ensure peace within the Compact. One of the many ways in which we do so is by respecting the traditions and institutions of the realm which have led to our success in the past, and help to keep us united.
We do not have time for the nobility who do not show this same respect, and who undermine both themselves and others in doing so. Those who do not take the very bedrock practices of our society seriously do not have any place within Whisper House.
Lord Braden Laurent has been banned from entry to our estate in the Ward of the Crown, and will be physically removed should he attempt to enter. The one exception to this is if he seeks the etiquette lessons which he so desperately needs, with my personal approval or that of a Softest Whisper. We further entreat all in the realm to be wary of him and any dealings with him until he begins to behave more like the Peer of the Realm that he is, and less like an uncouth Shav'arvani. I have every faith that he will turn around.

We pray that Lord Braden Laurent find enlightenment in Gloria's ideals of honor and chivalry. He may find this enlightenment in the form of two volumes in the Cultural section within the Reading Room of the Vellichorian Academy, should he choose.

With Lord Braden's formal apology and more measured responses, Whisper House is willing to give him another chance. The ban and discouragement have both been removed.
