It is my great pleasure to announce the promotion of one Harlex Valtyr to my second in command. As Captain he is authorized to accept and negotiate contracts on behalf of the Crimson Blades as well as accept recruits into our company. Captain Harlex has proven time and again to be a valuable member of our Company, serving the Compact under our contracts time and again. Our future looks bright with him helping to lead us.
