Seraceni Waters...Again

To the Compact,
After sitting down with the Duchess Belladonna how could diplomacy not prevail? Without a doubt Seraceni waters are open once more, without restriction, to our Lieges, House Pravus. It will be a pleasure to accept their aide and see them involved in the war going on in the Southeastern sea. Let no one say that while there may be disagreements that two parties with mature aims can't come together and set aside any differences - perceived or otherwise. We of House Seraceni thank the Pravus for being patient and going through the stringent vetting process which was essential to ensuring we were not letting the wrong kinds of people in. The Marquis Dario joyously awaits the Duchess Belladonna and her envoys at Morisco to discuss a new era of cooperation between our Houses. Blood is thicker than water as they say.
