RFR Response Update

Hey, everyone! While we understand that players sometimes have followup questions when receiving staff responses to goal or plot rfrs, we'd prefer those questions not come in the form of pages or mails directed at any individual staffer, unless otherwise stated. Please be conscientious and use +request if you have any questions.
