Favor and Disfavor

We're temporarily turning off the favor system until we can rework it, as under certain circumstances it has been hitting characters far, far heavier than initially intended, which impacts other systems in a way that's also far too punative. Both favors and disfavors should burn down to something pretty negligable over the next few weeks, but if you've got a fairly impactful disfavor on your character, go ahead and send in a request, and I'll wipe it manually (I've already wiped a few standouts).
