Rosters and Volunteers

I decided to redo how I take roster submissions. I'm primarily concerned with roster characters that can serve as good starts for players and help them find RP and get started in the game, and to that end I've created a template that I'll be requiring to be filled out for any roster submission. It's pretty long, and requires a lot of work, but I feel it's important because each and every point is something that I've had come up and come up very often in seeing characters not have the level of development required to hold players or give them a good basis in starting RP. The new template is under 'help roster suggestions' and it is quite long.
Secondly, I want to greatly develop character relationships which right now are really only in the form of short rels and journals, but I'm planning on adding quite a bit more to it, since I think recorded/tracked relationships between characters can help provide a lot of continuity and roleplay for people picking up rosters that help them get started. Because of that, I'll want volunteers. For people that would LIKE for rosters to have their own characters as relationships, go ahead and drop requests about it or mail me. For example, if you want friends, random war buddies, rivals, frenemies, enemies, etc, let me know so those can be added as starting established relationships between roster characters to help guide some starting RP. For obvious reasons, I'll be pretty careful about anything antagonistic and I'd have the rage of a million fiery suns at anyone that wanted me to write a 'let me bully newbies' relationship, but for the handful of people capable of making antagonistic relationships fun and interesting to other people, I'll take advantage of it.
