Haggle Tag-Teams

I added in the ability to have the person searching for a deal send it to another character to haggle. I believe you can even do so anonymously while wearing a mask, if you want to be some mysterious vigilante bargain-hunter. You can also specify a minimum bonus for your deal-searching that needs to be satisfied or the deal is discarded, so you don't send along evidence of abject failure by mistake.
