The Redoubt Opens

As the assault on the Seawatch Gate begins, Navegant's banner begins to fly over the Navegant Redoubt, in the Thrax Ward, signaling that the redoubt has been opened as a place for people to take shelter.
OOC: Redoubt's unlocked, and I'll be setting some of the main rooms public, so they show up on +where. Feel free to RP there as medics, organizers, cooks, or just people hiding out. At least as long as the Thrax ward still holds.
