Alternate Clouts

I have been thinking about the Social Clout being one of the most influential aspects of nearly every bit of coded based commands. What if we had two alternative forms of clout? A military general may not need to be social to be exceptional at acquiring military resources. An investment capitalist could be quite astute t raising funds without social necessity... what about having a mental based clout and a militaristic based clout for the various commands as well? which could fall back on a lesser portion to the others... Ie if you were doing military work, you would use your military clout at 100% value, but say your social was waaay higher it would work at like 50%, etc. I like social clout, but the proceduralist in me sees it as too limiting/pigeonholing skills/stats/etc. Upon thinking that, we could just have different weights on stats for each of the different types of clout.. no need to worry about the percentage nonsense I mentioned earlier.
