IC Connections

I am looking to form IC connections with the current characters on grid. Simone was on roster for a bit and some of her former connections are either back on roster, inactive, or have died. Could our characters have known each other in their youth?
*She is Duke Arn Telmar's daughter - not his favorite one, that Lilia, but the one who could have married up but instead married a prodigal Marquis.
*Simone is devout and very much a product of the Oathlands.
*Her father was Duke Arn Telmar and chances are she did a fair bit of traveling with him, so I'm open to friendships, pen pals, frenemies from all over the Compact.
*Social Butterfly - Simone has very high social clout and is technically socially connected. Are you a mover and shaker in Arx? chances are we move in the same social circles.
