Seeking (semi) GM

Hey!
So I posted earlier with regards to the scenes in Artshall's reconstruction. I need a GM for the first scene. It doesn't have to be someone appointed as storyteller. This is a stakeless PRP. So its basically just a harmless scene for a plot.
Perferable to be GM'd by somoene who has known Artshall and the story behind it and all that went down since. Thanks!
