Does the name 'Stormstorm' excite you? Are you interested in running plotlines involving allies and enemies of Wilbur 'the Excessive' Stormstorm? Do domain politics excite you? Consider running a PRP for Gemecitta!
Gemecitta is one of the neatest domains in the Lyceum, odd in that it is ruled by two houses together: the Rubinos and the Zaffrias. How at odds they are depends on the month, but right now, they're feeling pretty cooperative. The Stormstorms recently bent the knee to them, and they're interested in learning more about this large, artistic, and curiously named people, as well as neighbors who ought to be members of the Compact but aren't yet.
