Seeking GM for PRP Series

I have an idea for a series of events that would only be up to risk level 3 (maaaaaybe 4, probably not) that could potentially see some combat, but are hopefully going to be focused on some aspect of the holding each event is related to (social, economic, infrastructure, trade, intrique, research, agriculture, medicine...). I would like the GM to be willing to work this out long term, have a desire to dive into the culture of the Crownlands, and preferably *not* be a part of the Grayson fealty so that they aren't kept from participating in any of the events they may wish to.
