While all the furor over fleets and other movements is building, word comes from Ostria that fortifications, long in the works under the careful eye of Lady Dianna, have been completed. With the support of Marquessa Cambria and Marquis Hadrian, and the aid of Blessed Madeleine and Lord Theron, fortifications are stronger than ever, and small statues dedicated to Mangata have appeared - and been blessed - throughout Ostria. The people of Ostria are heartened by Lady Dianna's foresight.
