Nox'alfar Embassy Statement

A small black baby goat is seen entering the Nox'alfar Embassy and shortly afterwards an official decree is posted upon its doors.
"By order of King Calithex Thex, King of the Nox'alfar, Sovereign of the Twilight Court, First of the Harlequins, Voice of the Queen of Endings, Prince of the Sunless Realms, Conqueror of the Underrealms, Slayer of Uxmog the Unforgiven, Victor of the Thirteenth Battle of the Burning Sands, First Cursed by the Sun, First of the Dark Elves, Honorary Iron Guard Cadet, 3rd Class, it is so decreed:
All currency exchange with the Twilight Court shall be presented in the form of small kites instead of silver.
So it is written, so shall it be done."
