Keeping up with the Kenn -- Cullers?

While it seems every noble House a shout away from the coast is sinking their fortunes into building caravels, Lord Wash Kennex takes the naval arms race to a whole new level. Overseeing the construction of no less than five of the deep ocean craft at three separate shipyards is a testament to his powers of coordination, as well as the efficient shipyards at New Hope, run by Baroness Skye Blackshore, Pearlspire run my Lady Peri Seliki and Stormheart, run by Countess Aella Ravenseye. Whispers abound at the ability of the fledgling duchy to field such a fleet. Those whispers turn to pearl clutching when three of the five are delivered not to the Kennex docks but are instead said to belong to the Culler family! Once again a commoner family with a less than sterling reputation seems to have cheerfully struck it rich.
