The Titan of Setarco

A massive, long term building project has come to an end, with thousands of artisans working to build a gargantuan statue of Procella Pravus in the Drowned Bay to greet ships approaching Setarco. The building project for the titan was led by Lady Valentina Pravus, with the assistance of much of her house and their allies, particularly Sebastian, Belladonna, Renata, Beatrice, Althea, Nisaa, and Lucrezia. A huge carnival in the Silken City celebrates the statue's completion, with nobles and wealthy merchants from every corner of Arvum coming to visit. The statue is widely celebrated in the Lyceum and beyond, and wildly popular in Setarco itself, while there's some grumbling in the Mourning Isles who believe it's trying to diminish their Islander cities' importance as ports and undermine them through grandstanding.
