Solange's Orphans' Ball

Solange of the Whisper House runs a large charity event called the Orphans' Ball, to raise money for scruffy little unwanted orphans all throughout the city. The instability of the Compact in the past few years has caused more than a few orphans, and while there's always ongoing charities, more help is always greatly appreciated.
