Brimstone's Hand

Prince Laric Grayson leads a massive operation to find present and former thralls that are distant kin to Dame Morrighan, the Sword of Farhaven. Morrighan hailed from a tribe of Abandoned known as Brimstone's Hand, supposedly descendents of a Reckoning era figure known as Brimstone. With the excellent investigative talents of Prince Laric himself, assisted by Prince Luca Grayson who feels the family that investigates together stays together, Lady Delilah Whitehawk who is excellent at ferreting out information, and Marquessa Reigna Keaton who is an outstanding researcher, the foursome painstakingly researches leads for the distant descendents of Brimstone and kin to Morrighan while Marquis Kael Keaton provides security. They find several hundred leads, and then they launch a wide tour of the Mourning Isles to track individuals down. Aleksei uses his still considerable contacts with the Liberators to help spread word among thralls and find individuals, Duke Cristoph Laurent sooths local tensions to avoid irritating local lords, and Juniper Whisper does an outstanding job of hearing out local concerns and avoiding any ugly incidents by individuals loathe to see thrall debts bought or annoyed at outsiders interfering in their own affairs. The Faith provides support in buying up debts, with Aureth Grayhope as Legate of the Lost and Dame Thena Grayhope as the Grandmaster of the Knights of Solace both donating and speaking eloquently to prodigals on behalf of the Faith.
With the thralls found and freed, Prince Laric and friends put immense effort into convincing the descendents of Brimstone's Hand to come to Arx or to the Northlands. Morrighan spends time talking to them about the culture of their forefathers. Laric's words are suspiciously way more eloquent and moving than normal (no offense), with Lumen doing the speechwriting, and speaking to freed thralls as Radiant. Jophiel gives a stirring personal account of a newcomer to Arx, and encouraging others to have a fresh start. Mercedes gives an inspirational account of the purpose she's found in Arx while serving the Inquisition, while Tomwell listens to former thralls about their past suffering and provides emotional support.
The vast majority decide to come to Arx, which is made particularly easy by Marquessa Samantha Deepwood's in depth vetting of individuals to make certain they pose no reasonable threat and her administrative work, while King Alaric Grayson IV provides his full support to it and makes certain there are no bureaucratic snags by the denizens of the King's Paperwork Legion who delight in being able to find validation by making things take longer. They largely behave when watched.
