The merchant community of Arx is concerned by the disappearance of one Otto Rutherfyn, a luminary in the business community who had done tremendous work with housing the underprivileged in Arx. One of his business associates, a Master Morton Waldo had vanished recently after his house was found ablaze, making Otto's disappearance all the more perplexing. Inquisitors found strange dust in the residence of Otto Rutherfyn, which drew some comparisons to the black sand that's been periodically found throughout the city, save that this is bright shiny glitter. Thus far searches for Otto Rutherfyn have proved fruitless, and his remaining business partner Phineas Goodhouse is seeing to his concerns.
