Action by Ainsley
Ainsley will be attempting to calm the boroughs people via non-violence. He'll try to talk people out of things he sees. He's trying to build trust and respect for the Iron Guard. He'll help anyone he sees that needs help, but do his best to talk people down rather than arrest or fight them. He'll also be spreading the word about Silas' generous offer for joining the Iron Guard. More Iron Guardsmen = Good.
Result
It works well. In fact it works so well that it's more than a little depressing, as it is a pointed reminder that most Iron Guardsmen never, ever bother to treat Lower boroughs inhabitants in a friendly manner or with anything like respect. Ainsley's standing with the Lower Boroughs sorts increases substantially, though whether it sticks to the iron guard as a whole is an open question. Quite a few do seem amenable to trying to join the Iron Guard, however.
