With the refugees arriving into Southport, Martino has had a plan and a dream for a while to build a leisure palace to increase the city's attractiveness. With more trade down by the docks, more silvers moving through, his plan is to use some of the refugee labour to help with building this large casino with posh accommodations. Aiming for it to be a premier place in the Lyceum to visit and to increase both the attractive, and level of tourism, in Southport.
