Action by Eirene
As she's learned all she can from Juliet, the Inquisiton asks if Eirene can look into Fidelia?s death. (SHE is the one with the Brain assault, according to Laric. Confusion was Eirene's player.) if anything, she wants to look into that and if there was any signs of magic assault like with Juliet.
Result
Not magical, but the strike was absurdly, unbelievably skilled to a point where it does not seem possible. It was an extremely precise, surgical incision that struck and killed fidelia, but it was thrown from a rooftop away. It would be much like if someone asked for Eirene to set a broken rib on a patient, but do so by throwing a stone from a block away and hitting at a precise angle to apply enough force to set it back perfectly. It is preposterous.
