As a gift to Prince Edain Valardin and his new bride, Princess Caelis Valardin, a new shrine to Mangata in Sanctum has been commissioned by Princess Isabeau Valardin on behalf of House Valardin and their vassals. The shrine will sit either on the western coast on the sea or along the river that leads into the Telmarch (depending on what the engineers, artisans, and priests involved declare to be the most stable and suitable ground for such a thing). Devotees of Jayus will be employed in its creation to ensure that the shrine's structure and contents will be both beautiful and blessed (or so Isabeau believes). Funds for this project will be pulled from the main House Valardin bank account such that will provide for an appropriate tribute from the heart of the Oathlands without pouring over into the extravagant and bankrupting the House. (OOCly, I have no idea how much this sort of thing might cost.)
