Argument for argument's sake is all well and good, but without the ability to frame arguments properly, they are nothing more than empty words cluttering up the space.

Description: When using the phrase doe-eyed most often the color thought of is a deep brown, but although her eyes are almond shaped, but large and doe-like, they are the gold-tinged moss green often associated with cats. Long, dark lashes frame her eyes, casting the eyes in shadow so that they tend towards darker hues than the startling color appears as when the light catches them just right. Long, dark chocolate brown hair is thick, and has a subtle curl to it that causes it to pleasingly frame her face. Dark brows are arched, cheek bones are high and well defined, and her mouth is expressive, just as prone to lightning quick smiles as she is to a too-serious frown. Every thing about her speaks to a purpose, and a plan, from her expressions to the way she moves, hands often gesturing to add emphasis to her words, speaking almost as much as she does with her mouth.
Personality: Never one to give in without an argument, Nicia is someone that is methodical, logical, and emotionally-cold when it comes to her professional life and behavior. She distances herself, refraining from getting emotionally involved in any of her work. That same distance isn't applied to her private life, where she operates with a frenetic pace, involving herself in social situations with an abandon that strikes a marked contrast between the coldly logical professional and the effervescent young lady.
Background: Neither the youngest, nor the oldest, Nicia had a life that many might call easy, and others might call hard. If asked, she simply saw it as what it was, both depending on the day and which way the wind blew. Unlike her older sister, Belladonna, she was not as inclined towards schemes, nor as secretive as her younger brother, Elonso. No, she was altogether different than her siblings, but at the same time very much the same in a number of ways.
Family was always important, never any doubt about that. Nicia was a clever child, prone to philosophical arguments over anything that could be contemplated and argued over, reason seen as a good way to sway agreement, and when that didn't work she was willing to brow-beat others into seeing things her way. As she got older her eagerness to always win, to always be right, was tempered, but her penchant for debate and argument had set her firmly on her path.
While her sister schemed, halting conspiracy when and where she could, and took over the reins of the family after their father's death, she studied. Anything related to the law she would read, speaking with the lawyers that worked around Setarco when she was able, even finding one or two that worked more closely with House Pravus willing to take her on and teach her what they knew.
It wasn't lost on her that her love of argument could put her at odds with others, even within her own House and family, due to that she learned to separate her professional life and her private life. Nor was it lost on her that she possessed a set of skills that would benefit the House, which is what has led her to follow her sister to Arx.
