Princess Katarina Valardin, with the blessing of her elder brother & high lord, Prince Edain Valardin, heads a small fleet of newly-built Valardin ships that carries a generous shipment of supplies and stockpiled foods to be given to Arx to aid in the rebuilding of the city and feeding the mouths of the hungry. The ships come from the Port of Sanctum, and land in Arx' harbors to deliver the supplies. A show of naval progress, albeit a small one.
Princess Katarina also donates 10,000 silver per week to see families with small children in House Valardin and the Lower Boroughs fed and with access to living necessities indefinitely during this period of rebuilding.
