Any information on the current location the Inquisitor, Lord Halsim Darkwater would be very appreciated. The House is willing to offer a modest (pardon, a very modest) reward for any evidence that does not give the House any cause for concern regarding his safety. Otherwise, the House shall assume that he went off on his own volition and there is not one thing to be alarmed about. We will continue on with business. As usual.
