Duke Hadrian Malvici announces his enormous projects to take care of refugees displaced by the war and help them find new lives in Southport. It's more than an act of generosity that many in the Compact find laudable, it also is an investment for the future, as he helps craftsmen bring their trades to Southport. Of course, with any influx of new peoples in a wave of immigration, that can bring friction, but it looks like the talented diplomat so far has it well in hand in getting his new people acclimated to the southern city-state.
