Arterius College

House Crovane, under the direction of Duchess Ann, announces the opening of a school in Stormwall called The Arterius College. It is completely free of charge to commoners sworn to Crovane and vassals, thereby fulfilling a promise made to Joscelin Arterius during the efforts to rebuild Stormwall. The aim is to provide training from beginner to mastery for a wide range of practical and profitable skills. Indeed, the school supports itself by selling the majority of the crafts made there, with half the funds supporting the school, and half going to the students themselves. It's an innovative way to fund a college, and the skills of those taught there are said to be improving day by day.
