Refuge

Tyde Tower was built to house a family and as it has only three occupants atthis time, it is being opened up to the public, who's homes have been damaged or comprimised in the seige or are fearful of remaining there may take up residence inside of the Tyde Hall from now until the end of the seige. Two meals a day will be provided and safety and security to any who require it the offer is open to all residents of the compact regardless of alliagence.

Note: Disturbances of the peace, thievery or violence against other refugees in this time will not be tolerated.
