Halsim/Tobias has been shown the door because we won't tolerate bullying new players. It is not acceptable to tell a new player they may not sell their resources for money, it is unacceptable to deny a noble an income, and it's unacceptable to attempt to control the RP of a new player in a way they find so overbearing that they immediately roster rather than deal with it.
